A Special Author Visit at Wesley Elementary!

Today, all of our students enjoyed a wonderful PTA-sponsored author visit with local co-authors Nicole Carta and Tim Smith, who is also the illustrator of The Monsters book series.

The Monsters book series was created with a simple but important goal: to help children recognize, understand, and talk about their big emotions.

Students at every grade level loved the books, and they were such a fantastic audience!

Interested in purchasing a book? An order form was sent home with students today for families who would like to purchase any of their books.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing PTA for sponsoring this special experience and bringing local authors into our school! Thank you to Nicole and Tim for visiting our school and for donating your books to our library!
